RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY 

Scope 

This Return Policy applies exclusively to consumers (natural persons acting outside their trade, business, or profession) who purchase products via the Website. 

Separate terms and conditions apply to business customers, including salons and distributors. 

Return Period 

You may return your order within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason. 

Return Conditions 

Products must be: 

  • unused 

  • in original condition 

  • with original packaging and tags (where applicable) 

How to Return a Product 

To return a product: 

  1. Notify us of your intention to return the product 

  1. Complete the return form (if available) 

  1. Send the product to the address below using a carrier of your choice 

We recommend including the return form to ensure efficient processing.

Return Costs 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless: 

  • the product is defective; or 

  • the wrong product has been delivered 

In such cases, reasonable return shipping costs will be reimbursed.

Refunds will be processed after receipt and inspection of the returned product. 

The Seller may withhold reimbursement until the returned product has been received or proof of return has been provided.

Exceptions 

The right of withdrawal does not apply to: 

  • sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once opened 

This includes, where applicable, hair care products and related hygiene-sensitive items.

Promotional Purchases 

If a purchase included a free gift or promotional discount: 

  • the gift must also be returned 

  • otherwise, the value may be deducted from the refund
